I probably overthought my user a little bit, but I wanted it to be simple yet represent my art... Therefore, I picked the two words "Grey" and "engel" for more own reasons:
I like to combine a mixture of Beauty and chaos together with my art. This is also the yin and yang, or black and white morphing, opposites attracting, ect. How ever you want to look at it. But specifically, I beieve combining the two creates more than just a perspective of one or the other. But provides an inbetween, a grey mind set of good and evil, science and fantasy, beauty and chaos, black and white. I want my work to show a fresh persective, rather than catagorizing things into two simple persectives since in reality there is obviously more than two persectives and numerous ways to view life and art work.
I selected the word "engel" because I have always been drawn to angelic figures. I see angels with a dark and light side, and like to see them as creatures simpley like us and among us without the knowledge of having wings even. I'm not religious, but I do contiplate the differences between good/evil and instinct and I see angels a pure beings of an powerful essense, yet still able to decide whether or not how to go about existance as a darker shadow of hidden truth or a bright light of guidance...I have many ideas and thoughts about what an angel is to me and this is just one of them. I spelt angel with an "e" to give it a german twist. I'm very interested in the german language and music scenes in the country..
My art is so importrant to me and I know I have much to learn and improve with. I hope this site provides the tools and community to help me progress.
